This is my end of year presentation that demonstrates my growth both as a person and an animator. In the presentation I self reflect on my weaknesses and strengths, improvement from the previous year, and a showreel at the end which demonstrates my level of work at my current state.

Studio Brief 2 - Going Live
In this task, we had to enter a competition to our choosing from the listed 5.
Loop de Loop // 11 Second Club // YCN // D&AD // Character Design Challenge
I looked into Loop de Loop and Character Design Challenge.
The Character Design Challenge is held on Facebook and each month, a theme will be set where participants will post their illustrations.
Loop de Loop is a animation competition where a word will be given each month. From the word, we will have to think and illustrate that word through an animation short that loops.
Choosing between the two, I wanted to enter into the Loop de Loop competition.
The challenge given is the word Mushy.
With the prompt given, I started to work on the animation and here's the result.

Looking at existing submission, a lot of the contestants based their shorts on fruits, food with some abstract.
I was stuck on thinking for a unique concept; however I eventually came up with this concept, Starship melting down planets with its' destruction ray inspired by the Space theme from the documentary module.
